Pleasant one-story house (50 m2 including the overhead gallery) with independent entrance, which has recently been renovated and is situated in a panoramic and peaceful position in the small hamlet of Vettica. The apartment is accessed by walking along an alleyway of approx. 30 m. Parking on the street approx. 50 m from the house. It is possible to have a parking space in a private and guarded garage to be paid on the spot (70 Euro/week).The sea (bathing facilities where you can hire a sun umbrella, lounge chair, etc.) can be accessed directly from the house by walking along a path with approx. 700 stairs or by leaving the car 1.5 km from the house and walking along a path with 300 stairs.
