Rio Corso can sleep 6 people and has:
on the first floor 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
On the ground floor 1 open room with double sofa bed and with dining table and kitchen corner fully equipped with stove, oven, fridge
Overall Property Description:
Ancient tuscany farmstead, adjacent to a country-seat, restored in all respects of rural nineteenth-century style.
It's the ideal base for who wants to be moved with the maximum comfort towards the beautifull sites of the Tuscany. The railway station is only 3 km and the bus is 300 meters. The freeway is to 3 km. A small market center and restaurants are to 300 meters, every kind of store within 3 km.
In 15 minutes by car we go to Lucca (walls to them, the churches, the magnificent lucchesi villas); Montecatini Terme (terme, golf, tennis); Collodi where is located the Park of Pinocchio and Garzoni Villa.
In 35 minutes we go to Florence, with its artistic beauties, patrimony Unesco; Viareggio and the Versilia with their beautifulst ones beach of fine sand, notes all over the world; Pisa with its famous Leaning Tower and the Public square of the Miracles, patrimony Unesco, its lungarni. Livorno with the port.
In 50 minutes we go to Carrara with its hollow ones of white marble.
Approximately 1 hour of car the Garfagnana, rich of cultural, gastronomical, and landscaped traditions only in their kind. Abetone, characteristic skiing station of the Appennino; Volterra, famous for alabasters and the museums of the Etruscan civilization and Saint Gimignano.

Conditions of Letting
PAYMENTS RENTAL VOUCHER
Once the booking request is received, EASY RESERVE will send the holiday-renters a link to a web page where they can pay the 40% deposit plus the booking fee online with either a Visa or Mastercard. If the holiday-renter prefers to pay the deposit over the phone that is not a problem either. The balance is due 45 days before arrival and can also be paid online or over the phone.
Upon receiving the full balance the holiday-maker will be sent his/her rental voucher. For bookings made less than 45 days prior to the start of the rental period, the holiday-maker must immediately pay the total amount of the rental price.
ALTERATIONS - CANCELLATION CHARGES
For any alteration to the booking, or if the holiday-maker intends to transfer his/her booking to other persons, on condition that the accommodation and the period do not change, the holiday-maker has to pay the amount: of 50 Euros.
EASY RESERVE reserves the right to charge the holiday-maker any additional cost relative to the booking.
Cancellation of a booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties must be paid:
40% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from the booking time to 46 days before the start of the rental period,
100% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to the day of arrival or in the case of no show, IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER ADDITIONAL CHARGES SUCH AS THE BOOKING FEE.
