The lovingly restored farmhouse is located in a very private property (10 hectares) with private road, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, is an heaven especially for those that are looking for a quiet and safe place for the family and children.
The farm produces good and organic red wine (Chianti Colli Aretini) and excellent Extra virgin olive oil, cold pressed: a welcome tasting is always offer to the guests.
The house was finely restored few years ago according the original rural style : the floors are in ?cotto toscano? (Tuscan original tiles) , the sinks in the kitchen in stone or marble are century-old , the furniture are typical Tuscan with antiques pieces, all creates a warmth atmosphere for a comfortable stay.
Interiors size: about 280 sqm plus the terraces.
The whole farmhouse can sleep up to 16 people, and has 5 bedrooms double, 1 bedroom with twin bed, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds, plus a sleeping place in a single sofa-bed, placed in one of the living rooms. 7 bathrooms all with shower, a separate Laundry room with washbasin, washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is also a large freezer where guests can store frozen food.

Once the booking confirmation is received the holiday-renter authorizes EASY RESERVE, on behalf of the owner/agency, to charge his/her credit card (VISA or Mastercard) with an amount equal to 40% of the total rental price, plus 30 Euros as booking fee and to charge the same card with the remaining balance within the 45th days before the arrival.
Upon receiving the full balance the holiday-maker will be sent his/her rental voucher.
For bookings made less than 45 days prior to the start of the rental period, the holiday-maker must immediately pay the total amount of the rental price.
CANCELLATION / AMENDMENT FEES:
For any alteration to the booking, or if the holiday-maker intends to transfer his/her booking to other persons, on condition that the accommodation and the period do not change, the holiday-maker has to pay the amount: of 50 Euros.
EASY RESERVE reserves the right to charge the holiday-maker any additional cost relative to the booking. Cancellation of a booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties must be paid: 40% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from the booking time to 46 days before the start of the rental period, 100% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to the day of arrival or in the case of no show, IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER ADDITIONAL CHARGES SUCH AS THE BOOKING FEE.
