Charming well-kept farmhouse outbuilding (40 m2) situated set amidst the typical Umbrian landscape. The outbuilding is situated on a hillside (350 m a.s.l.) from where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the countryside. Broad beautiful view of the countryside and Tevere valley. A road passes approx. 20 m above the accommodation. Private equipped and very well-kept outdoor area. The swimming pool (4.5x11) is shared with the owners who live in the farmhouse next door. Shaded parking inside the property.
