Stayed for 16 days in February, 2013
VERY clean, nicely decorated. Living room furniture needed replacing, but new couch and new tv were delivered while we were there. Other furniture in good condition, some looked new. Internet access is not WIFI, but available directly across the street at the library. Nice pool area with restaurant on grounds. Beautiful view, nice beach. Staff friendly and helpful.

Stayed for 3 days in February, 2013
Just Ok. TV's in one bedroom and living room don't work well at all. They are **** and need to be replaced. Tile floors are dirty, only quick mopped, tubs/shower were not very clean. Charged $100.00 cleanup fee but unit was not very clean. Apparently they just quick wipe the unit 431 rather than a thorough cleaning. For $100.00 charge to guests the unit should be spotless. Obviously, someone is pocketing an extra $100.00 and skimping on unit maintenance and clean up.General overall condition of property was untidy.Just barely worth the discounted winter rate. Toilet in main bath ran constantly, appears that the toilet guts are worn out. I unit is just rated average because it looked dated and well used. A remodel is in order. Stove is rusted out at bottom. Front desk staff heard my complaints and wrote work orders for repairs but they seemed powerless to resolve any issues. The unit owners must just be milking the rentals on this unit 431. I doubt we will return again or recommend to others. It was a great location and area but attention to details was poor. Plus for $100.00 cleanup fee I was told to empty my own trash upon departure. You just have to be kidding, really. A disappoint of sorts.
