End of 2015 beach trip. A guest from Mc Cormick, SC recommends this property.
Stayed for 4 days in November, 2015 Wonderful beach trip.... Condo was very nice..great view..very helpful staff.......thanks for great weather.
Perfect location to view the pool and ocean at the same time. A guest from Shorewood, IL recommends this property.
Stayed for 7 days in September, 2015 We had a wonderful time on Tybee Island and visiting Savannah. The view from the condo was perfect and the condo was clean. Please be aware, however, that if you intend to cook in this unit only the bare essentials are provided in the kitchen. There are no pot holders, dish towels, etc. There are no spices or oils; not even salt and pepper. There are a few very well used pots and pans, enough mismatched dishes for one meal for 6 people and two covered casserole dishes. No storage containers. food wrap, baggies or aluminum foil. We used a measuring cup to ladle soup because there is no ladle. Must end by saying that the location could not have been better and we made due with what was lacking in the kitchen. We had a very lovely and relaxing vacation!
Very good island to have a vacation A guest from East Brunswick, NJ recommends this property.

Fantastic Getaway Mike E. from Dacula, GA recommends this property.
Stayed for 4 days in July, 2015 The condo was wonderful - clean, great location, very comfortable. We will definitely be back. It is on the 3rd floor and has a great view of the beach. Bar/restaurant on site so the kids can play at the pool while we had drinks at the bar.
Loved Tybee A guest from Lilburn, GA recommends this property.
Stayed for 3 days in July, 2015 We had an enjoyable visit. Positives: Location is terrific. View is wonderful. Pool was enjoyable. Condo was clean. Concerns: Condition of the unit was not outstanding. Huge crack in the flat-top oven surface. Several dishes had major chips/cracks. No hot pads for anything from the oven. The plastic pitcher has a pin-hole that was not immediately visible, so it leaked all over the refrigerator. Skillets had crusted/burnt areas/food. Light burned out in the shower. None of these areas were major, and didn't really hinder our enjoyment of Tybee, just not a top-notch condition.
Good but... Jennifer M. from Memphis, TN does not recommend this property.
Stayed for 5 days in July, 2015 While we enjoyed our vacation, our experience at Beachside Colony was not up to par. Our unit had many things that could have been better, from things as simple as blown/missing light bulbs and a hole in the ceiling here a sprinkler head is missing its things more problematic like a glass cooktop that was broken and broken kitchen chairs that were completely unusable. We had to send 3 of the 4 kitchen chairs to be repaired on day 2 of our trip, never to see them again. My husband had to go get chairs from the lobby for our children to sit in at the kitchen table after they almost fell out of the high top bar stools several times. Additionally, the "big pool" (which actually isn't very big at all- smaller than the average backyard pool- but is the largest of the 3) was closed several times during our stay, sometimes for what seemed like no good reason (I'm pretty sure once it was closed to keep BC guests out of the way while a wedding reception was set up at the restaurant on site). It was also closed for general maintenance-- while I understand that this is necessary, I like not think you would choose the middle of the day during peak season to do this. Closing of the "big pool" results in crowding of the smaller one and makes it unsafe for young children and undesirable for adults who don't want to be splashed by those young children.Lastly- we were charged more than stated in our rental agreement. Apparently the state of GA instituted a new tax on hotels/vacation properties beginning July 1st-- however, I am fairly confident that hotels/rental properties were notified of this in advance so that they could include it in rental quotes and agreements. Seems limit should have been included to begin with.Again- none of these issues are major and we enjoyed our vacation-- but it could have been better. We will not stay here next time we visit tybee (a yearly vacation for us).
Unit#133 Denise S. from Washington, PA recommends this property.
Stayed for 8 days in June, 2015 Had a great time. Unit wasn't cleaned very well prior to our arrival. Needed vaccummed badly. Dryer was rusted and could not be used. Had to use a unit below us. Did get a mere $150 refund, but for 8 nights, wasn't enough. Pool guy very courteous and friendly, as were the pool bar staff. Gidget, maintenance person, was extremely helpful and courteous.
Better than average A guest from Kansas City, MO recommends this property.
Stayed for 5 days in May, 2015 good food and good location, bed was not comfortable and pool is too small for that size property.
LOVE IT ! Suzanne B. from Jackson, GA recommends this property.
Stayed for 4 days in April, 2015 The best place to stay. Quite ,comfortable, alot of space. We have been going there for about 12 yrs now. STILL LOVE IT.GREAT PLACE
Billing Problems... Not clean for the price. Sam P. from wittensville, KY does not recommend this property.
Stayed for 3 days in June, 2014 We stayed at the same place 3 years ago and it was not as kept up as before, suite was not as clean as it should have been, we had to deal with the smell of old bacon for a day and a half, management brushed off my concerns.Their credit card system was not working and they blamed it on my card, I called the card company 4 times to assure them my card was good. I offered to pay by check and give them my banks phone # so they could call to verify my check, and they did not want my check. When check out time came my check looked a lot better to them. I was insulted. There is one lady named Shara that was nice, the rest are a bunch of grouchy old women. Most likely will not stay there again.
Fun on Tybee Lorraine B. from Middletown, NY recommends this property.

Poor management Lana W. from Springfield, MO does not recommend this property.
Stayed for 2 days in March, 2014 This management company emphasized not checking in early so we arrived promptly at 4pm(check in) and were told that the guests staying there the night before woukd not leave and that happened quite frequently. They told us it would be at least an hour which was 1 and a half hours after pressure from us.. No apology from the management. It is their job to make sure guest vacate in a timely manner. There were damages in the unit.. Ceiling fan was broken and beat up walls with holes in them. It was clean with nice view. Pool furniture not very nice. Wouldn't recommend
Great location and view! Comes with 3 small pools. Tisha W. from Chattanooga, TN recommends this property.
Stayed for 7 days in September, 2013 This is our third time to stay on this property and the second time to stay in this same unit. Obviously, it must have what we need. The management staff was nice to let us give suggestions to make the stay a little better. This unit is beautifully furnished, starting with the art work. Nothing overly cheesy like over-the-top ocean animals everywhere. In my opinion, this was very tastefully decorated. Here's the thing, an inventory needs to be taken of what is still there (ie. plates, bowls, blankets, etc.) our first two days were full of phone calls to the front desk. They were quick to try to accommodate what they could. Also, there was no wifi in our unit. If it was available, it would have been great to have a guest pass to use it.
Beachside Colony is a great place to stay Gail S. from Huntington, WV does not recommend this property.
Stayed for 9 days in September, 2013 Was very happy with the staff and the amenities. Condo was very nicely decorated and clean with a great view of the ocean and beach. Negatives were chairs on balcony were both broken, insufficient cookware in kitchen to cook a meal and even though it was advertised to have WiFi there was none available. I would stay at Beachside Colony again but in a different unit.
Not a Customer Focused Company Gary N. from Suawnee, GA does not recommend this property.
Stayed for 2 days in September, 2013 had a problem with both room keys not working. instead of an apology we got a lecture telling us to make sure they are not kept near cell phones or credit cards. Restaurant onsite, Marlin Monroes, would not allow replacement of side items or even order an additional side item seperate. Door to the room had to be slammed to shut. Shower floor was badly stained.

Stayed for 7 days in August, 2013 We were extremely happy overall with the property. The view was incredible! The condo and pools were clean. The only complaint was that there was no wi-fi! Otherwise, I highly recommend this property.
Perfect for families! Jessica H. from Millen, Georgia recommends this property.
Stayed for 2 days in August, 2013 My husband and I recently stayed here with our two children and my parents. We had a wonderful time. My children love the pools and the convenience to the beach is great! This is our second visit to Beachside Colony, but won't be our last!

Stayed for 3 days in May, 2013 Very happy with Beach Club # 133, however , 133 is on the 3th floor behind the swimming pool, not completely beach aware it does not open directly onto the beach, as I thought!
Perfect family vacation resort LeeAnn E. from Erwin, TN recommends this property.
Stayed for 7 days in October, 2012 This was our second year staying at Beach Colony and our stay was amazing! Our condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. The view of the ocean was perfect. We daily watched ships and dolphins from our balcony. The staff was very good to work with also. Would definately stay there again.
