Very disappointed!! A guest from Mequon, WI does not recommend this property. Stayed for 2 days in May, 2013 Condo was dirty. When I called for a condo, for my nephew's wedding - several were reserved.It was not told about $25 booking fee. I called directly. I was not told about cleaning fee. I was very disappointed, next time we will stay somewhere else! |

Inside the unit was very comfortable, clean and pleasant. I loved the floors (ceramic tile with a wood grain) they are practical and perfect for the possibly of wet and sandy conditions. Master shower was great and loved the two shower heads. Tybee Island is a laid back place to stay and relax when you really need to get away. I love that we were only about 16 miles from Savannah so that we could stay at the beach and still enjoy all that Savannah has to offer. |

Watch out for roaches A guest from Pelhem, AL recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in December, 2012 When we arrived we opened the dishwasher and roaches ran out. They seemed to have been living in a coffee cup that had some kind of dirt or gunk in it. The toilet had a ring at the water line that remained. I wonder what they used the mandatory $25.00 cleaning fee that was added to the bill. |

Could have been better Ross I. from Ten Mile, recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in October, 2012 We loved the property other than our actual unit. The couch was very dirty and the towels were also stained. I don't think the unit had been cleaned. My daughter found a pair of mens shoes under her bed and I had a huge dead roach under ours. They also didn't provide pillow cases for the guest bed. If I had known that we had to wash our own towels (only a few were provided) I would have brought some laundry detergent from home. |

Happy long weekend on Tybee Kelly M. from Fort Oglethorpe, GA recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in September, 2012 I have been bringing my family to Tybee once or twice a year for the last 12 years. We love it so much and Beachside Colony is the perfect family location. With very clean condos, onsite restaurant and three pools, you cannot beat the layout of the property. The condos could use some updating soon but the units are always extremely clean. We will be back next summer! |
