Michael D. from Dunlap, TN recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in May, 2016 Clean & large room. Populated but not overcrowded beach on Memorial Day. Quaint beach that had not become over-developed.
Greg R. from Kennesaw, GA recommends this property. Stayed for 1 days in December, 2015 We always have a great visit at Tybee when we stay.

A guest from Cumming, GA recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in July, 2015 The condo was great. Fairly large for a condo, beds were comfortable and it was very clean. We were disappointed at how small the pools were and they were often times over crowded. My young children love to jump in and splash and it was really too small for that. We LOVED when he teenagers started jumping in not two feet from us and splashed us over and over again. Yes that was great. Other than the pools the stay was wonderful. The staff were very nice to us and accommodating. Location was great as well.
A guest from Morristown, TN recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in June, 2015 The room was very spacious and had all we needed. I was disappointed with the air conditioning. Even though there are 3 pools they are all about the size of a large bathtub so they were very crowded and warm.
Christopher G. from Lilburn, GA recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in June, 2015 My family and I really enjoyed our stay! We felt at home almost instantly. The view was wonderful, it was a short walk to the beach, the staff was very nice. I could not of asked for a better place! Cons: Washer appeared to be broken so we couldnt wash our clothes but that was the only problem! We left kicking and screaming not wanting to leave :) We are going to book this room again this year!
A guest from Austell, GA recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in May, 2015 My family has been coming here to Beachside Colony for several years now and we love it. We always have a positive experience. Our only complaint is that this unit needed some minor repairs and cleaning. Our feet were black if we walked around barefoot. However we still plan on coming back to Beachside Colony!
Marianne T. from Kissimmee, FL recommends this property. Stayed for 28 days in February, 2015 The property management team are very friendly. I stayed in unit 111 while I was working on a contract in Savannah. I had a very comfortable stay and felt like home. I look forward to returning. Nice view of the ocean, a lot's of choses for eating out.
A guest from Martinez, GA recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in July, 2014 We had a great July 4th in this condo! I was very impressed and so was my family. Great access to the pool and the beach. The condo is great looking!! We'll be back!
A guest from McDonough, GA recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in June, 2013 I spent a lot of month to rent room 111 at Beach colony. That was the way the room was advertised in your ad. They was no view or front view of the ocean from our balcony. The room was also advertised as a room for 6. There were two bedrooms with a bed but not sofabed in the living room. Two people were supposed to sleep on a leather sectional. What a joke! This was not listed in the advertisement.
Reviewed by: Laura T. recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in May, 2013 My church group rented three condos for a weekend. The location could not be better! The pool and beach access are awesome. The condo was very nice and well furnished. Linens were fresh and the beds were comfortable. The only things that was less than perfect was that the floors could have been a little cleaner and the need for better lighting in the master bedrooms (only one dim table lamp). We have rented these condos for years and would highly recommend.
Susanne E. from Richmond Hill, Ontario recommends this property. Stayed for 30 days in February, 2013 Dog owners should be aware that the policing of the beach is outrageous. We were fined nearly $400.00 for holding our Norfolk Terrier while standing at the beach in front of our condo. She did not set a paw on the sand nor was it our intention to do so. We had just arrived and wanted to see the ocean. We attempted to speak with someone in authority at the police station to no avail. We loved the condo and the beach colony resort but would not return to Tybee with this type of policing. Dr. Susanne Eden
