Our quaint cedar shake cottage is located in a popular family beach area right on the Northumberland Strait and boasts panoramic views of PEI and the Confederation Bridge. Whether you want to take a quiet stroll on the sand bars or indulge in a relaxing dip in the warmest ocean waters north of the Carolinas, you will enjoy a soothing and therapeutic retreat at our cottage.

The newly renovated interior sleeps 6 comfortably with queen, double, and single bunk beds. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped with modern amenities to ensure that your stay is comfortable. The living room's two couches, wood stove, stereo, TV and DVD player, as well as a variety of board games, make for a relaxing area to kick back and relax after a long day at the beach or on the Links. The dining room is situated to take advantage of the ocean view. The large deck is an ideal spot to enjoy a morning coffee while soaking in a majestic sunrise, and refreshments while BBQing for lunch or supper, or both! Enjoy a private marshmallow roast or lobster boil at the ocean-side fire pit and take in the fresh air and starry night sky. Access to the private beach is a 2-min walk away and famed Heather Beach (public/lifeguarded) is merely a 5-min stroll down the road.

Our cottage is a wonderful summer vacation spot in a friendly family-oriented beach community, and in very close proximity to both Northumberland Links and Amherst golf courses. Restaurants, shopping, and groceries (including a lobster pound) are a quick 15 min drive en-route to picturesque Pugwash. Mountain biking in the Wentworth Valley as well Jost Winery are but short trips away, as is Magic Mountain water park near Moncton. Rental period is normally Saturday to Saturday. Check in at 2 pm and check out at 10 am. Rental requests outside of these times may be entertained.
