There were also crumbs and a bottle cap on the floor. Check in process was difficult because we didn't get to check in until an hour later due to email not being sent. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

The only negative would be the parking. Our assigned spot was near a huge beam with another car parked on the right. It took alotta backing up and pulling in to get into the space.

Teresa H. from Tyler, TX does not recommend this property. Stayed for 5 days in May, 2016 All I can say is false advertisement. Your online pics are pre Hurricane Katrina 10 years ago. I have those pics and the pics from last Sunday and Monday. It is a ghost town with none of the attractions advertised around anymore. This is a disgrace to your city and I will be contacting the local governmental agencies. I drove a long way and spent a lot of hard earned money to book a non refundable condo. We left second day. Would have told the front office, but it was closed and only three cars on the property. Everything documented by pictures when we demand our refund even it it takes legal action. So disappointed in Biloxi. Condo's are very nice considering there was a truck pull up on a vacant parking lot and starting shooting. Left the next day due to security issues and false advertisement.

Only short coming to place is the parking space for the condo we stayed in was too tight to park my four door truck in. Had to park in front parking lot but wasn't a problem because it is real close to enterance.

Our week was great until we found out about bedbugs in the second bedroom which covered my adult daughter in bites. I notified the rental agent to take care of the problem. I'm pretty sure this won't be printed but I wanted it on record that there is a bedbug problem in unit 711.

Stayed for 4 days in April, 2014 Arrived with very little info, didn't receive the lock box code to get into parking garage, had to call management, wasn't told code for lockbox for the keys, had to call management. Was told that we should have received several pages of instructions online, we did not. They apologized, they should have checked with us to make sure we had everything but they did not. First day was horrific, they condo was nice and comfortable. The condo was very nice with good view. Would recommend to others but would advise them to make sure they have all codes for entry! We were so tired and had to go to call management several times just to get into the property and condo!!!

Stayed for 6 days in April, 2014 WE didn't realize that Spring Break kids? would be around...noise, traffic, destruction at the pool, broken glass...the noise at night was unsettling. Unfortunately the pools were not heated...too chilly to swim. The unit itself though was perfect for our purposes and the in house management staff very helpful and friendly.

The check in went smoothly, the condo was very clean and the location was great with a fast elevator. I had to contact the manage once about a missing cooking pan. They had it replaced within an hour. All of the staff was friendly.

A guest from Springfield, IL recommends this property. Stayed for 16 days in September, 2013 The Seabreeze condos was a geat place; the unit we stayed in (711) was just OK. We have been coming to the Biloxi area two to three times a year for the past nine (9) years, and have stayed in a lot of different condos in that time. In 711, all the basic things were there; however there were not a lot of "extras". There was no TV in the second bedroom, there was no mirrors in either bedroom (only mirrors were in bathrooms). The living room furniture all had canvas covers and the "hard" furniture was all low grade (cheap). Dining room was equipped nicely! All bedding was very low quality. It may sound like I am "trashing" this place and that is not my intent. The unit was decent, but it was not to the caliber of many of the other condos in the area that I have stayed. I will say the pricing was reasonable. Would I stay there again? Maybe. But it would be if I could not find vacancy in some of the other units or complexes.

Stayed for 3 days in July, 2013 One major problem, my credit card was charged 1959.06 extra. that was in addition to my rentals which was much, much less. Had to call my credit card company. I Didn't know whom had charged it. It was Gulf Coast rentals had charged me this unauthorized amount. My cc company said they would investigate this matter. They informed me that they had called and talked to Rich and the call was interrupted (sounds fishy to me) When I called the to make reservations lady (her first name starts with the letter B)repeated my card number out loud I wondered who else was in the room when I gave repeated my info. Beautiful stay, beautiful condos bad business. However,I will not stay there or call in my reservation with them again. Check your credit card often they might over, overcharge you.

Not a very well stocked kitchen.. décor was horrible still had price tags on things lol , no dvd players at all or tv in 2nd bedroom, table on patio was very small w/ uncomfortable chairs. Location and view great!
