The kitchen is a delight to cook in with large open windows to view the wildlife while preparing a meal.



Enjoy the privacy of three master suites: the upstairs master suite has a king bed, second master suite is downstairs with king bed (TV in this room is for movies only-no cable service), third master suite is also downstairs and has a pyramid bunkbed plus a twin bunkbed. Downstairs also features an open family room with gas woodstove, flat screen TV, DVD, XBOX & bean bags for the kids to sit and relax in.



Upper and lower decks add extra living space. The private hot tub is on the lower deck. Sit and enjoy an adult beverage while having a family BBQ on the expansive upper deck. This home new to our rental pool and just a short walk or bike ride to the Woodlands Golf Course, Big Deschutes River and the North swimming pool.

Take exit 153 for S Century Dr toward Sunriver and turn right at S Century Dr. Continue to follow S Century Dr to the round about where you will take the first right onto Abbot Dr. Turn right again at Beaver Dr, then turn into the 2nd parking lot on the left and you will find Village Properties located in Building 5 of the Village Mall.

Leaving La Pine, travel north on OR-97 for approximately 11 miles. Take exit 153 for S Century Dr toward Sunriver. Turn left at S Century Dr/Lava Cast Forest Rd/NFD 9720 Rd. Continue to follow s Century Dr to the round about where you will take the first right onto Abbot Dr. Turn right again at Beaver Dr, then turn into the 2nd parking lot on the left and you will find Village Properties located in Building 5 of the Village Mall.
