First time we were somewhat dissappointed... Amber & Lance P. from Denham Springs, LA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in March, 2013 We have stayed in many of the condos on the MS Gulf Coast. Including this very room at the Beau View. We have NEVER had any problems and have ALWAYS enjoyed our condo and our stay, in general. Unfortunately this time, our condo was dirty upon arrival. The carpets were stained, the comforter in the master bedroom had food on it (looked like a child wiped their hands on it), the refrigerator and dishwasher were streaked with stains, the counters and windows were spotted, the whole place was dusty, and the couch appeared to be broken. We called the number given and while we were out the morning after our arrival, the carpets had been cleaned and were still damp. Our last day, I opened the curtains in the master and the curtain rod fell!! |

Great place for Military TDY Kimberly V. from Concord, NC recommends this property. Stayed for 69 days in December, 2012 Gulf Coast Resort Rentals made my almost three month stay in Biloxi feel like a vacation. I was there for military training. THey honored the military per diem rate and handled the whole transaction seamlessly. The check in process was easy and convenient, the satff was very courteous ans attentive to my needs. THe property was beautiful. I woke up every morning to a wonderful view of the beach. The condo was outfitted with everything one could possibly need. There were even plenty of towels. Beau View- Gulfport, MISS A guest from Fincastle, VA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in August, 2012 The condo layout was very nice and was adequate space for 7 people. There was supposed to be a pull-out sofa and there wasn't one. The furniture was stained and the carpets were in terrible condition, dirty and stained. The bathtubs and showers had mold and sand in them. For a $105 cleaning fee, the place was not very clean. On the bright side, it was a gaited community, the elevators were fast, the pool was really nice and the furnishings were very modern. We enjoyed our stay there, If you are looking for a vacation spot with lots to do, This is not your location. Katrina wiped this place out and alot has not been re-built. |

We were so excited that we found a 3 bedroom / 3 bath condo at 806 Beau View in Biloxi, MS. Upon first entering condo is was gorgeous, immaculate looking. Upon closer inspection that wasn't the case. 1. There was no hot water in middle bathroom.2. Multiple lights in unit did not work.3. Kitchen had many roaches running around in it.4. Dishwasher drain plug apparently was clogged and everytime we used it, this horrid HORRID smell came from it.5. The property management lady knocked on our door on Sunday morning asking were we moved out, our check out date wasn't until Monday, she said she would find out the details. I went down to office and it was closed. We waited and waited but nobody returned, I called Rich's cell phone and left message and no return phone call Now my whole family sat there is a tizzy waiting to hear, which we never did. After 2 hours we decided to go to the beach. It was very unprofessional not to let us know the issued had been rectified.I would stay here again, provided the management made sure everything on my pre-arrival check list was attended to (which I will definitely do prior to any other condo rental). |
