Great development, location, garage was a "plus". This particular unit was a little shabby & short on housekeeping. Live insects greeted us upon entry, & had to vacuum in first five minutes! There was "residue" in kitchen utensil drawers, sheets were not crisp (like someone had slept there) & there were only four washcloths in the place & about eight dingy bath towels. My husband wanted to use the patio for early morning reading, but could not because there was so much dirt & leaves on everything (like it hadn't been touched since LAST summer!). We STILL managed to have a good time with our family.

The vacation rentals was beautiful to my first seeing of the condo but as I looked around I notice Lots of flaws. I eas told to identify the damaged item's tthroughout the condo. Well let's just say that some things are better left unnoticed. There scuffs all over the walls, bowls still had food in them, sum decor was broken, there was beer bottle caps under everything even in the dishwasher. I paid a $90.00 cleaning fee andi left it the condo looking better then it was when I got there. I personally think before renting.

The rental was just as promised and was a wonderful place to get away! The condo units were quiet (sometimes we were the only guests at the pool), nice, and our unit was close to the beach and many attractions. We felt the unit was well equipped and stocked. We had a few minor issues (moldy shower curtain, chirping smoke detector, 3 burnt out light bulbs, broken can opener, missing pizza cutter). We called the listed number on these issues and maintenance was incredibly helpful and speedy to resolve them all. The maintenance personel were fantastic! It was truly a wonderful place and roomy enough for all 9 of us (5 adults and 4 children). Our only complaint is that the carpet was fairly dirty and could use replacement or a thorough cleaning.

Need a better cleaning staff - things like air conditioning vents should be replaced and toilet paper holders more securely fastened. It's little things, but the do detract from the quality of the stay.

Family beach trip

My family and I had a beach trip this year and chose this condo. It was a great experience, we were walking distance to the beach, there was a golf course and wal mart one mile away. the condo was clean and spacious and exactly what we needed for 6 adults and two kids. I will come back every year not that I have found this piece of paradise. Also 5 minutes from the casino which dies not hurt.

We enjoyed it very much. Nice 3 BR condo with NO stairs. The only thing that would make it better is if we could have had our 10 rooms close together instead of spread out around the complex.

It was a beautiful location and the villa was decorated well along with very comfortable beds. We enjoyed having a large space so we could all come together when we wanted but yet could have some privacy as well. It was a little trek to the beach but being close to the pool was AWESOME! The recliner was broken if you tried to lay back in it, the jacuzzi tub did not work and the dishes were dirty. The towels and bedding looked like they hadn't been cleaned. I rewashed all of the bedding before we slept in the beds. I hate having hair all over my linens. Overall it was very nice I just think they need a new cleaning service.

We stayed in one of the 3 bedroom condos and found it to be more than comfortable for the 4 adults and 7 children that were traveling in our group. The condo was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The pool area was nice and location was centrally located to the attractions we wanted to visit. I would recommend these properties to anyone visiting the area.

Diane and George at Gulf Coast Resort Rentals were the absolute kindest and most responsive people I have ever worked with. We had a minor problem at first and they resolved it for us in the best of ways. Our family had an incredible reunion there (our very first reunion) and we so appreciated their making that possible. We particularly enjoyed the wonderful clubhouse where we could gather together.
