Spring Break 2013 A guest from Mankato, MN recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in March, 2013 We took a family vacation over spring break and stayed at Legacy Tower 2. We had an exceptional stay here. The unit was very clean and spacious, perfect for our extended family of 7 - 4 adults, 3 kids. Overall the unit was in great condition. There were a couple of items we contacted management about when we arrived-a maintenance person was sent within 24 hours to make repairs. The condo location is central to several points of interest, such as the Jeff Davis House, boating, area casinos, local shopping/dining and Ship Island. And of course, the beach is directly across the street. The vacation rental management staff were friendly and helpful on any occasion that we needed to contact them for questions or concerns. Overall great condo, great location. Would definitely recommend. |

The security was excellent as far as checking for parking passes before entering the parking lot. The grounds were well kept and walk areas were clean. It was a great weekend. |

Cat pee smell was very strong, and we had trouble with mold Anna V. from MN, 55301 does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in February, 2013 The place and management company was second to none, but the unit was very dirty and smelled of cat pee and we had alot of mold. |

Legacy Towers Gulfport MS 3 bedroom, 3 bath June 2012 A guest from Genesco, IL recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in June, 2012 Everything went as planned for us. The only problems that we had were to do with the cleanliness. The floor needed to be swept, the double hung windows were dusty. There was only one extra roll of toilet paper in the unit, only a partial roll of paper towels, no dish soap and no tissue. We were unable to connect to the internet even after trying, unsuccessfully, the directions many times. When a call was placed to the office about the problem, we found out after we left that it was returned to our home phone instead of the cell we used on the trip. The location was perfect for us, the beach nice, our unit 1009 had wonderful views of the coastline. The pool was great. We do wish there were crosswalks over the very busy highway. |

2nd. TIME AT LEGACY II, NOT SO GOOD! A guest from Iola, KS does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in May, 2012 Second time we've stayed at Legacy II. This time the accommedations were disappointing. Furniture in the living room was well worn. Several pieces of wire were sticking out of the couch cushions, when turned over, the back side had been split. The gourmet kitchen was lacking, but we improvised. It became a family joke as to whose night it was to prepare a meal in the "gourmet kitchen". The glassware didn't match and some had cracks. The kitchen had no bar stools, so was useless. The only DVD player in the place didn't work, but management dropped a new one off and we finally figured out how to install it with the other electrical components. The furniture in the 3rd. bedroom was shabby and mismatched. We used plastic bags as liners in the small chest of drawers,due to dust. As for the management, they were helpful and allowed us to check in early. The pool was not useable until the last day we were there,due to repairs. The other pool was crowed with a reunion or something. We traveled over a thousand miles to enjoy the ocean, or gulf, only to sit on the deck and listen to the never ending fountain below. It would be nice if it was turned off at night when the noise of the traffic was less. The most relaxing time was spending two days at Ship Island. Where we got what we paid for. We stayed 5 years ago at Legacy II and were very pleased with the accommedations, the sounds of the ocean,before the water feature,not so this time. This was the 6th. time in Gulfport. Next time we'll shop around. I don't feel we got what we paid for in this unit. |
