A guest from Tipp City, OH recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in October, 2014 We were in Gulfport in Oct, so it was off-season and very quiet. That was great! The beach and pool were deserted. We were seated immediately at all the restaurants we chose - and there were 8 of us. The only negative was that many of the light fixtures in the condo were apparently burned out and the carpet had some stains. However, I could easily recommend this condo for future visits.
A guest from Wilmington, DE recommends this property. Stayed for 46 days in July, 2014 Location was wonderful. Friendly staff. Check in was late and they didn't do a good job cleaning the room before arrival. They were the reason we checked in late too had to come back at 4. They're were roaches in my room the first week then i didn't see any. The trash shoot room smelled terrible. I had to hold my breath. The couch in my room was very broken in & there was no where to wash the comforters. People were friendly. Over all it was way better then staying in base.
Pictures show what it use to be, not what it is today.
A guest from Denver, CO does not recommend this property. Stayed for 4 days in June, 2014 The property has taken a beating over the last 4 years since I stayed there. Overall property looked pretty dirty. The cleaning crew work hard and do their best, but it needs serious maintenance, not just a cleaning. It's very busy and not made for relaxing. It's not the cheapest either, so until they get it back in shape, there are better options at smaller properties. My suggestion is to raise the price even higher, fix the issues and move to a week or more rentals. The huge influx of people every weekend has really taking a toll on this place.
