It is a 34 square meter studio apartment in the touristic center of Dubrovnik. It has perfect location for young guests who like to have fun all night and than wake up and jump in the sea to wake up. Old town,beach, bars,restaurants, nightclubs, taxy, laundery shop, caffes, grocery shops are in 20 meters range. The best nightclubs in town are in 20-50 meters range. Guests doesnt need to use car or public transport at all since everything is in walking distance.

The apartment is located in Plo?e area, near the eastern entrance to the Old town Dubrovnik, and close to the most luxurious hotels in Dubrovnik – Excelsior and Grand villa Argentina.

There is one double bed and one couch that tumbles into very comfortable double bed, shower and toilet are separate in case there is 3-4 people. it has air-conditioning, mini kitchen, fridge, tv, dvd... furniture is new.
We suggest up to 3 people to stay but still if you want to save some money 4 can sleep, especially if its only girls or guys.

From season 2013 we are offering you a premium prices for breakfast in doorstep distance, stylish food and wine bar called Gusta Me. Gusta Me is place with beautiful view on old city harbor and wide variety of fresh baked,cooked breakfast meals and beverages. (Fun Studio prices 5-15 euros) Upon request we can arrange B&B package including breakfast and airport transfers.

We can arrange small bed for little kids and we don't charge extra for it but you have to note us in time.

If you would be coming by car, we strongly recommend you to park at the main town parking, which is only 10 minutes of walking distance to the apartment. At this parking lot you would be able to buy daily, weekly or three-day parking ticket at the discounted rate.
