Villino Gelia is a splendid two-story age-old farm house surrounded by meadows and by green hills. It sleeps six people. From Villino Gelia you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the Senesi hills and of the greenery. Villino Gelia is 90 square meters (970 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a nice private terrace, a private garden and winter heating.
You will be approximately 700 meters (770 yards) from Montisi, where you will find restaurants and a grocery store.
To stay at Villino Gelia you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises.
Swimming Pool
You will reach the swimming pool from the garden going down approximately 20 stairway steps. The above-ground pool is 2.5 meters (8 feet) large by 3 meters (10 feet) long, 1 meter (3.2 feet) deep. The swimming pool has a circular shape. The swimming pool area is equipped with a sun umbrella, deck chairs and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a charming view of the Tuscan hills and of the vineyards. The pool is open from mid-May until the end of August.
Terrace
The terrace is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a bright view of the Valley and of the hills.
Garden
The garden is 1000 square meters (10800 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by olive trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and sun loungers. Here you will be able to have fun with a ping pong table. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue.
Bottom FloorLiving Room 1
The furnishings of the living room are rural and characteristic of the Tuscan house, and include some antique pieces. The furnishings include an armchair and a divan bed for one guest. There is a big fireplace made of bricks. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a small electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a toaster. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television. From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the living room. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. Top FloorBedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a wrought iron matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the garden and of the hills.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested. The furnishings include an armchair. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a bathtub with shower wand. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
Roof LevelLiving Room 2
The furnishings of the second living room include a divan bed for one guest and a desk. In this room you will find a satellite television. The room has a window with a view of the garden and of the hills.
