Casa Favonia B is a welcoming apartment that is part of an ancient country house located on top of a small hill. It sleeps four people. You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from Arpino, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant and a grocery store at 800 meters (880 yards).
To stay at Casa Favonia B you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, inside the entrance gate. Please note that access to Casa Favonia B is along an 800-meter (half-a-mile) unpaved road.

You will reach the swimming pool from the garden along a short private walkway that has no stairway steps. The pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 20 meters (65 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with a table, chairs and deck chairs. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the Valley and of the hills. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. It is open from the beginning of June until the end of September.
Garden
The garden is 500 square meters (5380 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by olive trees. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the garden you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the Valley. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.

You will be able to reach the laundry room from the. Here you will find a washing machine at your disposal (please note that use of the laundry facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally).  Patio
The patio is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a pleasant view of the surrounding countryside and of the hills.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner electric cooker, a small refrigerator without freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television. The room has a window with a view of the garden and of the hills. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the garden. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a hydromassage shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
