Casa Medinilla F is a welcoming apartment that is part of an ancient country house surrounded by the vegetation. It sleeps three people. It is appoximately 55 square meters (590 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private patio, a shared garden and winter heating.
You will be roughly 3 km (1.8 miles) from Gambassi Terme, where you will find restaurants and a grocery store.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 8 meters (26 feet) large by 16 meters (52 feet) long, 2 meters (6.5 feet) deep. It has a whirlpool corner. The swimming pool area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the Tuscan hills and of the vineyards. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. It is open from the beginning of June until mid-September.
Garden
The garden is 1000 square meters (10800 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by olive trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs and sun umbrellas. In the garden you will find a children's playgrounds. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven. From the garden you will enjoy a splendid view of the Valley. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden through an arched opening. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal (please note that use of the laundry facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally).
 Patio
The patio is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella. From the patio you will have a splendid view of the Tuscan countryside.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television. The room has an arched window with a view of the garden.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a desk.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. It has a twin bed (80 cm/32 inches).
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
Half-bath
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it from the corridor.
