Casa Medinilla A is a characteristic and welcoming apartment that is part of an ancient country house surrounded by the vegetation. It sleeps three people. From Casa Medinilla A you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the Valley and of the vineyards. Casa Medinilla A is 55 square meters (590 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a nice private terrace, a shared garden and winter heating.
You will be roughly 3 km (1.8 miles) from Gambassi Terme, where you will find restaurants and a grocery store.
Casa Medinilla A is located on the first floor of an ancient farmhouse. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building going up a stairway which consists of approximately 12 steps.
To stay at Casa Medinilla A you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, in a reserved parking space. Please note that access to Casa Medinilla A is along an 800-meter (half-a-mile) unpaved road.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 8 meters (26 feet) large by 16 meters (52 feet) long, 2 meters (6.5 feet) deep. It has a whirlpool corner. The swimming pool area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the Tuscan hills and of the vineyards. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. It is open from the beginning of June until mid-September.
Garden
The garden is 1000 square meters (10800 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by olive trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs and sun umbrellas. In the garden you will find a children's playgrounds. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven. From the garden you will enjoy a splendid view of the Valley. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden through an arched opening. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal (please note that use of the laundry facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally).
 Terrace
The terrace is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and two deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a fascinating view of the Tuscan countryside and of the vineyards.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include three armchairs. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker, a toaster and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room has an arched window.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are elegant, and include some antique pieces. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a Juliet balcony.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. It has a twin bed (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window with a view of the garden.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
