Casa Adalmina D is a pleasant and spacious apartment that is part of an ancient country house built on a hillside, surrounded by meadows and woods. It sleeps five people. From Casa Adalmina D you will enjoy an enchanting view of the Senesi hills. Casa Adalmina D is 55 square meters (590 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared garden and winter heating.
You will be roughly 3 km (1.8 miles) from Rapolano Terme, where you will find restaurants, the shops and public transportation.
Casa Adalmina D is located on the ground floor.
To stay at Casa Adalmina D you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge on the premises.


The apartment is located in an old mill entirely renovated. Note: the shared pool is located at 1000 meter, near Casa Adalberto.

You'll be guests on a typical Tuscan farm of 600 hectares. The  three historic stone houses of farm are been  transformed into a vacation homes, but was originally an old mill, a villa, and an old olive press, dating back to the 13th century. The three villas (Adalia, Adalmina and Adalberto) are set in the midst of old woods, green fields and little fishing lakes, end are situated along a private 1 kilometer-long path, each set apart from the others, and each with its own surrounding garden space. Guests are all welcome to use the lovely swimming pool, which is located near Casa Adalberto.

In addition, on the ground floor of Villa Adalia you'll find the communal reception hall, a spacious and enchanting room with stone vaults supported by columns. This room is used for welcoming guests and, on request and for a fee, for breakfast. On the ground floor you'll find also the shared laundry.

A few steps from Casa Adalberto you'll find a small ancient church, that has a romantic portico supported by four columns, which can be used for weddings and ceremonies. On the farm, you'll be able to go fishing (remember to bring your gear!); you could also go hiking or have a horseback ride.

The shared pool, surrounded by lush greenery, is located near the farmhouse Casa Adalberto, about 700 meter from Villa Adalia and 1000 meter from Casa Adalmina.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, from 80 centimeters (2.6 feet) to 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with deck chairs and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a pleasant view of the Tuscan countryside. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. It is open from the beginning of May until the end of September.
Laundry room
In the laundry room you will find a washing machine at your disposal.  Garden
The garden is 1000 square meters (10800 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by imposing trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs and deck chairs. From the garden you will enjoy an enchanting view of the forest that surrounds the estate. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Living Room
The living room is paved with stone tiles. The ceiling is sloping and has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a small refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate five guests. From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door.
Bedroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the corridor. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a pouffe which unfolds in a single beds. The room has a window with a view of the vegetation and of the hills.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
