It was perfect! Al P. from Manchester, MA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in May, 2013 We spent a week in 6002 Maritime. Have rented at Kiawah many times over the years and this was one of the best. Very clean and well appointed. Easy walk to beach or to Sanctuary. Hard to find a really nice, upscale condo. This is one. Great appliances too. Highlight was the bobcat passing through the garage. |

I Want This Place Next Year! A guest from Arden, NC recommends this property. Stayed for 27 days in February, 2013 The condo was a perfect fit for our use. Large enough to entertain guests, appointed with good quality furniture and art. Office so we could connect with work . Draw backs: hot water would take forever to reach shower and the HVAC system needs attention. Also dryer was not working properly which would have been a problem if we stayed longer. |

The location is great as you can walk to the beach, the Sanctuary and the Town Center. The villa is beautifully constructed with high end finishes and very comfortable to stay in. They way it is situated also provides a sense of privacy. |
