This Pelican Watch Villa has one bedroom and two full baths and a large living and dining area. This unit has spectacular sunset views overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and Edisto River. All Villas feature front and rear entrances and a private deck. This villa is located on the 1st floor and has newly remodeled bathrooms, hardwood floors, new carpet in the bedroom, 2 TVs and wireless internet. This villa is 50 yards from the beach and 300 yards from the Seabrook Beach Club. A Seabrook Amenity card is included with no additional fee.

Stayed for 7 days in June, 2013
I have rented this property 2 times in the past. Both times the condition was fine. This time property had "musty" smell and looked in need of a major cleaning. Also had bad experience with large brown spiders in bedroom. Checked out 3 days early and will not return.

Stayed for 4 days in December, 2012
We only had enough hot water for one shower at a time. Dishwasher was not working properly. The condo was noisy. Dogs barking upstairs and you could easily hear footsteps.
