Welcome to our Aloha Ohana Condo - our home away from home. Our non-smoking condo is ideal for individuals, couples, or families of up to six people. The second bedroom is in the upstairs loft. Our tastefully decorated condo will enhance your Maui experience. Accommodations are ready for you - complete with full kitchen, air conditioning, local Maui phone service, Cable TV, VCR/DVD player, CD/tape player, High Speed Internet DSL (Ethernet cable provided), and most of the conveniences of home.Our condo is on the fourth (top) floor of the resort, in building #1, offering an awesome view of the West Maui mountains and (partial) ocean view. With just a two minute walk to the beach, the resort is also complete with tennis courts, pools, elevators, barbecue/picnic areas, and an activities desk to enhance your vacation in Maui. Rates do not include Hawaii accomodations tax of 11.42%. Maid service before and after stay is included for stays 4 nights or longer. However, a cleaning surcharge will be added for stays less than 4 nights. Guests may have additional maid service during their stay for additional charges. A $200 security deposit is necessary to reserve our condo. Deposit is due within 10 days of booking and will be applied to the amount of the overall bill. Full payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. CANCELLATION POLICY: Refunds will be made, less a $100 cancellation fee, with prior notice of 45 days. Otherwise payment is NON-REFUNDABLE.
