Located in the Villages at Mango Key this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom townhouse is ideally located for all the Disney theme parks.The property is in a small purpose built resort complex of only 33 townhouses set in landscaped gardens and with access to a heated communal pool and hot tub.The pool is maintained at between 80 to 85 degees all year round. Access to the resort is by a coded security barrier.
The accommodation comprises 1 downstairs bedroom with king size bed, and 1 twin bedroom upstairs. Both bedrooms are en suite and have walk in closets. This, together with a queen size sofa bed in the main lounge provides sleeping accommodation for a maximum of six people.
The house is well equipped and furnished to a high standard. The house is fully air conditioned with additional ceiling fans throughout.
The kitchen is fitted with an extensive range of equipment complete with all crockery, utensils and housewares.
All prices include gas, water and electric charges, and final clean on departure.
Linens and towels are included except for pool towels.
