This two story home is located on Hwy 30A between Rosemary Beach and Seaside/Watercolor. There's no need to deal with the bumper to bumper Destin traffic when areas like Seacrest Beach are so close by. Bicycle on the extra wide sidewalk to shops, restaurants, or the rare coastal dune lakes nearby.

Enjoy expansive gulf views and the ever-present sea breeze from your second floor deck off of the large living/dining room area of the home. The deck has a 6 person table, 2 Adirondack chairs and stereo speakers. So put in your favorite CD, pour yourself a cool drink and relax, relax, relax.

Each bedroom has its own TV/DVD (36 inch in the living room and 32 inch in the king bedrooms!). Cloudy day, no worries, lots of paperbacks, playing cards, and board games too.

For the cook in the family, the kitchen has everything you could wish for. If you have children they'll love their special room furnished with a twin over double bunk bed.

The master is on the ground floor and boasts a walk-in closet, large bathroom with double sinks, a separate Jacuzzi, and a private deck facing the Gulf.

For outdoor fun it's a short stroll to the beach or take a dip in the 75 foot long pool just 20 yards from the back door. Dream Scheme is located in the Cottages of Camp Creek. If you like to golf there are a number of excellent courses in the area including Camp Creek Golf (half mile away), Santa Rosa Golf, The Raven, Burnt Pine, The Links, Baytowne, Kelly Plantation, Regatta Bay and the Hombre.

If you prefer to shop you'll find terrific stores and restaurants in both directions. Winn Dixie and Publix are only a few miles away. Brand new Pier Park in Panama City Beach is only 15 minutes away. There are 970,000 sq ft of shops, restaurants and dept stores. Destin, with its famous Silver Sands outlet mall and the upscale Destin Commons shopping and cinema is only a 20-25 minute drive.

Or fire up your gas grill and throw on a steak, or some of the tastiest fresh fish anywhere. There are a number of fresh seafood markets in the area.

For a different kind of fun visit the community of Seaside, just six miles to the west, also right on 30A. Known worldwide for its design, this community has become a tourist destination because of its beautiful quaint cottages, 50 unique shops and galleries and fine restaurants (try Bud and Ally's). Alyss Beach is a third of a mile away and regularly has concerts and outdoor movies at their beautiful grass ampitheater.
