Spend your vacation here and it?ll be mornings at the beach and afternoons at the pool. Can you think of a vacation that?s any more perfect. Plus, there?s high speed wireless internet here so that you can stay connected even when your disconnected, so to speak. Plus, there?s plenty of covered parked. Enough for 4 cars. How about that!
But let?s talk about what makes this a special place for you. You?re really going to enjoy this beautiful home because it?s filled with touches that make it very special. And it?s set up so that the main living area, which includes living room, dining area and kitchen splits the bedrooms so there are two bedrooms on each side. And an entrance to the beach house from each side. Plus there?s an outdoor shower on each side so no matter which side you use you can spray the sand off before you walk in.
But before we talk about the house let?s talk about the deck. There?s seating for 8 out there and the first thing you?ll notice is that it?s so quiet the only thing you can hear is the sound of the gulf which is just a block away. In fact it?s an easy walk from SEA TURTLE to the beach and back. You?ll find yourself sitting out here with your morning coffee or your mid-afternoon glass of wine.
Your living area's nice and big. It?s beach house chic with two sofas and a couple rattan chairs positioned around the TV. Plenty of room for everyone whether you?re watching the TV or playing games or just sharing stories about your day?s adventures.
Your DINING AREA is set up to be convenient to the kitchen and the KITCHEN is fully stocked with everything you need to whip up a snack or a complete gourmet meal.
Your MASTER BEDROOM has QUEEN size bed with a headboard. Very beach chic. There?s a FLAT PANEL TV here and same cable package. You?ll notice that the bed linens in here and in all the bedrooms are upgraded for your comfort. The owners travel a lot and spend a lot of time in hotels so they wanted to make sure that the linens are as comfortable as if you were staying at the Ritz.
Your 2ND AND THIRD SUITES are also outfitted with QUEEN size beds and the same upgraded linen package. They also have TVs so you can relax and enjoy quiet time in your bedroom.
Your 4TH bedroom has TWIN BEDS and is a perfect spot for the young ones with plenty of room for a little play time.
In between the bedrooms are two full baths that can be accessed directly from the bedrooms. That?s pretty handy.
The LAUNDRY area?s located to make keeping everyone in clean clothes a breeze.
Head downstairs to your PRIVATE POOL and you?ll find plenty of loungers so that you can soak in the sun while the kids are swimming. There?s also a BBG grill and seating there as well.
