Enjoy this 2 Bedroom/1 Bathroom upper back unit condo that is located just 1 block from the sand! This condo features a flat screen TV, updated kitchen and a large shared patio.
The living room has a couch, coffee table, desk and a new flat screen TV. There is a dining room table that seats 4. The kitchen doesn?t have a dishwasher, but has all the essentials, including a coffee maker and microwave. The outdoor patio has a table, chairs and a BBQ, great for cooking for family and friends!
The master bedroom has a queen bed with a closet, great for hanging clothes! The second bedroom has 2 single twin beds. There is a full bathroom in the hallway between the bedrooms. The couch in the living room pulls out to be a queen sofa bed.
There is 1 parking spot in the garage and a coin-operated washer and dryer in the laundry room downstairs that is shared with the front unit. This condo is easy walking distance to the beach, Newport Pier, grocery store, bike rentals, shops and restaurants!

Stayed for 17 days in September, 2014 We recently stayed in this property for 16 days. When I rented, I mentioned we were looking for something quiet and were not partiers. The location next door was an ongoing party and we had to call noise control twice during our stay. There were a lot of drunk people wandering around shouting at all hours and lots of loud music blasting night and day. The dishes were not clean, there was food and trash under the sofa and the towel rack was broken and kept falling off the wall. There was also a chunk missing out of the glass bathroom trash can and I nearly cut myself emptying the trash. Speaking of trash, garbage is collected right outside the master bedroom early on Monday mornings so no chance of sleeping in. Also, people rooted through the garbage regularly in the alley collecting glass.

Stayed for 3 days in August, 2014 Location was great, only a few houses from the sand, lots of restaurants nearby. House did not seem "newly furnished" at all! Most furniture seemed old and worn, carpet was dirty and appliances were old. House was relatively clean but not really nicely decorated. It was very simple and somewhat "thrown together" it seemed. However, it did the job of everything working except for garage door and for the price was a decent place to stay. We were close to the beach, quiet location except for some morning construction nearby. No A/C but did not really need at night and not home in the day. Minimal dishes and supplies provided.

Decorating is a matter of personal taste and we have lots of houses to choose from next time you plan to explore Newport Beach again. Hopefully it did not interfere with the quality time enjoyed together and the perfect southern California weather. The house sleeps six and has six of everything, standard at vacation rentals, but if there are some specific suggestions for items to add, we will be happy to add them to the household inventory. Stayed for 7 days in August, 2014 The location is great, close to a very good and nice part of the beach, with good waves for bodyboarding the whole day (surfing only aloud until noon), also very close to Pavilions (Safeway grocery store and other stores, and a very short walk to the Newport Pier, stores and restaurants. For the price we paid (over $2500 for a week including cleaning and all fees), we had expected the inside of the house to be of better quality: kitchen and bathroom were old, bathroom had a plastic shower curtain which collapsed sometimes, not enough matching kitchen utensils, there was no toaster, a few knobs and things broken here and there, garage door motor had been broken by previous guest and was not fixed in time for us (so it had to stay open the whole week, TV had the minimum amount of local channels, no CNN or BBC news or kids channels, it was a good enough LCD TV but was not even connected to the internet, while there was wi-fi for connecting your own devices.All in all we had a great stay!
