Our group stayed at the Sand House (wow!) which comfortably slept 4 couples and 4 children. The house is large, upscale finishes/decor and has an open floor plan. The kitchen was FULLY equipped with just about every utencil and bowl we needed (and we did a lot of cooking). Plenty of space for the kids to play while the grown ups kept their eyes on things. Highly recommend.
