Nicely updated and finished. Gas fireplace. Large master bedroom with huge ensuite w/ soaker tub. Private garage w/extra parking for 3 more cars. Situated beside night-lit trail to Village Center. Very low condo fees.

Poor rental company communication. Meg M. from West Kelowna, does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in March, 2013 I was actually disappointed in many ways. Overall I liked the property location however it was not very clean. The location though was amazing.My disappointment is actually with rent chalets. The communication was not acceptable. We told them just after arriving that the fireplace didn't seem to work. No one got back to us. In fact the carbon monoxide alarm went off one night and we had to air the place out. It seemed dangerous. I contacted the rental company by phone and email and no one ever fixed the issue or addressed it. Even when I checked out I told them again and was informed someone would get back to me, but no one did. I also informed them about the couch being broken. The feet were falling off. Later we noticed 4bricks that we assumed were for the couch. In summary I think the communication with the rental company was poor. As someone who books event and is in customer service for a living, I am generally more forgiving and patient. I think I should have received some form of communication regarding the issues. For what we paid i think I could have received much more value. I believe there should have been a reduction in The rental amount. The communication with the company seemed sporadic and poor. I will not book with them again.Meg |

Born 2 Run A guest from kelowna, BC recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in December, 2012 The location was incredible. A nice three bedroom condo. A few items to address: This was the only place I have stayed in at Big White over the last 10 years without a BBQ ... should be added. The toaster did not work. The hot tub needs a hold-open attachment... very heavy cover. |
