This home features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, dining room, living room, washer & dryer, with areas overlooking The Dunes of Destin Lake, just steps away from the Dunes of Destin private beach!

First Floor:
The first floor features the living room, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, washer & dryer, and lakefront patio with dining for eight and beautiful patio furniture. There is a Master suite with a King bed, private bathroom and access to a patio.

Second Floor:
Master suite with King bed and a day bed with trundle, large walk-in closets, master bathroom complete with garden whirlpool tub and separate shower and a private deck with a restricted Gulf view.

Third Floor:
Third floor features a large bedroom with a King-sized bed and 2 sets of Bunk beds – twin-sized beds on top and full-sized beds on bottom.

A pack and play crib, high chair, and booster seat are also available for your convenience.
