Vacation Cottage Rental Description:
This property was originally built in 1946-48 as a resort on Lake Hamilton in Hot Springs, Arkansas. It was sold to individual owners as a condo property about 8 years ago. The space is only 648 sq feet, but the view of Lake Hamilton is wonderful. Located close to shopping, Oaklawn racing & casino, and just minutes from local restaurants...you cannot find a better location in Hot Springs.
We have a large swimming pool, barbecue grill, all the comforts of home with dishes, microwave, flat screen TV, along with necessary linens. There is a washer and dryer on the property if you should need to use it while you are here.
