This abode is located on Forest Lake in Winchester, NH. The Monadnock Region is great for Summer time fun, Fall foliage, Winter activities or Spring time hiking. - Handicap accessible - No stairs to climb or hills to navigate. 80 feet from the waters edge. - No running up and down stairs with food plates, etc. The patio and barbecue grill are right outside your sliding door. - Beach is sunny all day from sunrise to sunset - Some beaches are shady most of the day. - Equipment provided - Canoe, rowboat, 5 kayaks, life vests - Optional equipment available for a rental fee - Speedboat, Water-ski's, Wake Board, Water Tubes. $75/hr - We do have a dog on the premises. McGrath III (“Homeowner”) and _________________________________ (Guest) as of the date last set forth on the signature page of this Agreement. For good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is acknowledged, the parties hereby agree as follows: 1. Property: The property is an apartment located at: 77 Lake Shore Winchester, NH 03470-2457 The property is furnished and includes refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, blender, washer, dryer, dishes, silverware, linens, towels, in other words, fully furnished except for beach towels. It includes central air conditioning and central vacuum. 2. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is limited to six (6) persons. 4. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest or anyone in their party. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. 5. Only use appliances for their intended uses. 6. Pets are not allowed. 7. The abode is on a septic system. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DONOT FLUSH ANYTHING OTHER THAN TOILET PAPER. No feminine products or condoms should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products or condoms have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to $300.00. 8. Storms: No refund will be given for storms.
