This large two bedroom vacation cabin rental near Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg has the ultimate vacation package of amenities. Your master suite in the loft has an over-sized leather recliner, jacuzzi tub, large private balcony with log chairs, log framed King premium bed, hi-tech TV, & quarters. On the main level, you'll feel like a King gazing at your Jumbo TV over the electric stone fireplace. Your guests will have a cozy bedroom with bath on the main level. The pool table room has a CD stereo & mini fridge/bar. So have some cold-cut sandwiches or cold drinks while shooting pool with your friends at Honey Bear Hill. cabin review SUSAN B. from VALPARAISO, IN recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in May, 2013 the cabin was nice. The stairs are VERY narrow and steep,and you need to be really careful! We have encountered much friendlier/professional staff at other cabin companies in the area.Walked into the office,4 people at desk area, NO ONE greeted us.You have a BP gas card offer that Michele said "oh, we aren't doing that anymore". There were a lot of cards there for that offer.You should really take them down if no longer available. Stayed in cabins 4 times now, not my favorite, but ok. |

Cabin fine. Customer Service not so much. A guest from Gray, TN recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in April, 2013 I was pleased with the cabin. The only thing that disappointed me was that when I made reservations on line it did not mention anything about AAA or returning visitor discounts. I called 2 days later to get my discount but was told that they could not go back and correct it after the fact. I was told that I should've mentioned the discounts in the notes when I made the reservation. This did not make me happy at all. I will rethink staying with Aunt Bugs only because of this issue. My husband and I have used them a few times before because we have always enjoyed each one we've stayed at. I was very disappointed that they would not credit me the AAA discount. |

very disappointed!!!!!!! Sandy H. from Knoxville, TN does not recommend this property. Stayed for 2 days in April, 2013 there were no pots to cook anything in and not a cookie sheet or anything to bake biscuits on nor was there a bowl to mix a salad up in.. Not a drop of dishwashing liquid to hand wash a glass or bowl... Hot tub only half full of water.. I called about it twice and was told somebody was coming to take care of it but nobody ever showed up... When the beds were turned down, it appeared somebody had slept in them already.. Floors were dusty... I talked to a guy named Scott twice the day we checked in but and he never once told me to check the circuit breaker for the hottub.... I have never stayed in a cabin so poorly stocked and i have stayed in cabins there for 13 yrs.... Hot tub never did heat very much on saturday after talking to a Stephany and her telling me to check the circuit breaker... Just very disappointed all the way around for this place..... |
