Location:
The house is very nice and a lot of international creatives like movie makers, musicians, chiefs… from all over the world live there. The spirit of the place reminds a bit on the moving history of eastern Berlin and is very urban like. That means the facade is freshly renovated but there are graffitis in the doorway and staircase but the people do actually love them. You will hardly have a chance to recognize if you prefer to take the elevator. But maybe some people don't like them at all or get the wrong impression of a bad neighborhood, which of course is complete wrong - but every one carries its own values and imaginations. I just wanted to let you know in order to avoid a disappointment or certain expectations.

There just opened a beautiful lovely french restaurant and bistro "Les Valseuse". The chef Julien will be happy to serve you a little extra when you tell him, you are guest of the house. Beside the house we have a nice coffe-shop for little lunch or breakfast.
