The villa is located on a flat grassy plot (5000 sq ft).
Karstula village center can be reached by foot, distance about 700 m, by car 1,3 km.
There is a well equipped grill hut for year-round use.

Smoke sauna is available on extra charge (300 e/heating), please agree about it in advance with the owner. Sauna by the lake is available on extra charge (250 e/week) and is available from June to the end of September (sauna is not available 21.-23.6.13 and 13.-20.7.13). There are 2 bunks in the room with fireplace (alternative beds for summer use). Catering services available by advance booking.

Final cleaning fee is mandatory for all bookings. During Midsummer and New Year's time bookings only for families.
