For shared use: grounds, garden, swimming pool (20 x 12 m, depth 1 - depth 40 cm, 01.01.-31.12. pool opening hours: 10:00-19:00) with built-in steps. Irregular pool. WC in the pool area, paddling pool, outside shower, parking by the house, individual garage. Grocers 3 km, supermarket 3 km, bar 100 m, beer garden 50 m, bus stop 100 m, sandy beach "La Tejita", bathing bay, nudist beach 50 m. Surf school 2 km. Hiking paths: Montaña Roja.
