SUNSET LAKE -- Discover paradise and empty yourself of worries & hurries. Set at the end of a quiet lane, amid tropical landscaping, this 3-bedroom 3-bath townhome exudes an ambiance of peace and tranquility. The spacious interior overlooks the 15th and 17th holes on the Rees Jones designed golf course. Nature abounds with a lake view where White Ibis, Great Blue Herons and Muscovy Ducks congregate. Steps away is the private, community pool with flowing waterfall surrounded by a gorgeous botanical garden. This is Key West at its best!

Downstairs: The front porch welcomes you into the light and airy open floor plan. The tropically furnished living room with large glass sliding doors opens to a screened porch with raised table and chairs. A few steps down is the brick patio with grill. The 3rd bedroom with queen bed and adjacent bathroom completes the downstairs. There are flat screen TV's in all the bedrooms as well as the living room.

Upstairs: Vibrant colors continue the Key West ambiance in the two ensuite bedrooms. The Master bedroom with private bathroom has glass sliding doors opening to a large screened porch with chaise lounges to enjoy your lake view; the 2nd bedroom with private bathroom, has French doors to an open porch with garden view and tropical breezes.
