Vacation Home Rental Description:
Just 60 mins from Ottawa, on the quiet south shore of Calabogie Lake , with all the amenities of city living. A mere 3-4 minute walk to Calabogie Highlands Golf Course, 5 min drive to Calabogie Motorsport Track, and less than 15 min drive to Calabogie Peaks Ski Hill, biking and hiking trails, great fishing; this cottage offers adventure by the day while you spend the evening watching great sunsets and watching the stars reflect off the lake water. This renovated 3 bedroom Lakeside Escape not only has waterfront but a 225ft sand beach waiting for you!!
All you have to do is show up. All linen, towels, cutlery, plates, cooking utensils, small supply of board games and all you need to do is bring yourself and your food, your beverages and anything else you think you might need or require.

Other Highlights: High efficiency propane furnace, AC, High speed internet, landline with free local calls in Ontario only, canoe, raft, dock and paddle boat.
$500 dollar damage deposit required and will be refunded once the cottage has been inspected.
50% of fee due at time of booking. Remainder due 2 weeks prior to reservation. Cancelations less than 2 weeks prior to reservation will lose the 50% prepayment unless cottage can be rebooked.

Terms and Conditions:
Rates: $225 per night on weekend with a discount for third night on long weekends ( mid week nights please inquire)
$1500 for weeks in the summer (last week of June til first week of September) ( only weekly rentals during summer months)
$750 for March break week and Christmas Vacation week.
