LOVELY 4 BEDROOM 3 BATH HOME WITH PRIVATE SCREENED POOL AND SUNNING DECK. LOCATED IN THE GATES OF SOUTHERN DUNES GOLF & CIUNTRY CLUB - WHICH FEATURES 3 SWIMMING POOLS, 2 TENNIS COURTS AND PLAYGROUNDS. 2 MASTER SUITES
The community of Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club was first established in 1993, it is located approximately 8 miles south of I4 exit 55 on State Route 27. It is a community of approximately 700 homes located around the multi award winning Southern Dunes Golf Course and is approximately 20 minutes drive from Walt Disney World. As you enter the community there is a lake to the right and trees lining the roads and edging the golf course, all of which give the area a country feelWithin the community there are 3 swimming pools, there are two tennis courts and small childrens play area with swings and slides. Just outside the main gate to the community are two large supermarkets, Winn-Dixie and Wal-Mart which will have everything you need (Food, Pharmacy, Clothes etc). Wal-Mart is open 24 hours and has a petrol (gas) station. This house is really beautiful and has 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are master with ensuite bathrooms and an additional family bathroom.The house has very nice furniture and features a comfortable sitting area situated around the main TV. There is a nice dining area and the kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances such as a dishwasher, large fridge and full size cooker with microwave. There is a laundry room and the house is fully air conditioned.Outside your pool faces on to the golf course and has a sunny deck which is fully furnished. This home is perfect for anyone wishing for some peace and quiet after visiting all of Florida's theme parks.
