The community of Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club was first established in 1993, it is located approximately 8 miles south of I4 exit 55 on State Route 27. It is a community of approximately 700 homes located around the multi award winning Southern Dunes Golf Course and is approximately 20 minutes drive from Walt Disney World. As you enter the community there is a lake to the right and trees lining the roads and edging the golf course, all of which give the area a country feelWithin the community there are 3 swimming pools, there are two tennis courts and small childrens play area with swings and slides. Just outside the main gate to the community are two large supermarkets, Winn-Dixie and Wal-Mart which will have everything you need (Food, Pharmacy, Clothes etc). Wal-Mart is open 24 hours and has a petrol (gas) station. This lovely 4 bedroom home offers a great deal of space and is ideal for more than one family staying, due to the fact that there are 2 master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms as well as an additional family bathroom. The living space is extremely comfortable with tiled floors throughout giving it a light and airy feel. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with all appliances that you would expect to need whilst on a self catering vacation, such as a dishwasher, large fridge and full size cooker to name but a few. There is a laundry room for your convenience and as you would expect the home is fully air conditioned.Outside you will find your beautiful pool backing onto the golf course giving you stunning views as well as peace and quiet. The pool can be heated if desired, and the pool deck is furnished allowing you to make the most of being outside, whether enjoying a meal al fresco or simply lounging in the sun topping up your tan. Whatever your preference this home certainly has it all making sure that your vacation leaves you with nothing but fond memories.
