INCREDIBLE 3 BEDROOM 2 BATH HOME WITH PRIVATE POOL AND SUNNING DECK, WHICH BACKS TO THE COMMUNITY WALL FOR ADDED PRIVACY. LOCATED WITHIN THE GATED COMMUNITY OF SOUTHERN DUNES GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB. SLEEPS UP TO 8 PEOPLE IN COMFORT!
The community of Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club was first established in 1993, it is located approximately 8 miles south of I4 exit 55 on State Route 27. It is a community of approximately 700 homes located around the multi award winning Southern Dunes Golf Course and is approximately 20 minutes drive from Walt Disney World. As you enter the community there is a lake to the right and trees lining the roads and edging the golf course, all of which give the area a country feel. Within the community there are 3 swimming pools, there are two tennis courts and small childrens play area with swings and slides. Just outside the main gate to the community are two large supermarkets, Winn-Dixie and Wal-Mart which will have everything you need (Food, Pharmacy, Clothes etc). Wal-Mart is open 24 hours and has a petrol (gas) station. This cozy 3 bedroom family home features a master suite with ensuite bathroom and an additional family bathroom. The home has been nicely furnished and comes complete with a comfortable sitting room situated around the oversized, main flatscreen TV and there is a separate dining room for those evening meals at home. The kitchen/breakfast room is fully equipped with all of todays needs such as a dishwasher, large fridge and full size cooker with microwave. There is a laundry room and the home is fully air conditioned.Outside is your pool and furnished deck complete with sun loungers, perfect for lazing around the pool on those hot sunny days, or perhaps relaxing after a busy day at a theme park enjoying a cold drink and a meal al fresco.
