Stayed for 5 days in March, 2013 The cabin was clean and beautiful but the remote batteries were dead, the heat only worked on 1 half of the house, and the driveway was in a horrible location.The customer service was not all that great. Scott was nice, but the woman was rude for customer service. We were told we could pay 1/2 down and 1/2 upon arrival and got a call for the 2nd half a week before we went there. We paid the 2nd half by phone when they called and asked for it and they called back the next day and told us we needed to pay after we already had. I guess they didnt check before they called the 2nd time to see that we had already paid it.Laura S |
