Unit #15 Review John D. from Castle Rock, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in May, 2012 Overall the staff and location were fantastic. The unit (#15) was clean but very out-dated and needs to be remodeled. Carpet pad seemed to have disintegrated in places and the walls desperately need a coat of paint. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean. There was a great deal of landscape and tree maintenance going on while we were there, so the property overall was noisy during the daytime. |

kaipili David C. from Delta, BC does not recommend this property. Stayed for 9 days in March, 2012 Overall I think the property is nice but overpriced. The units are large and clean but both units we were in need updating to be worth the price paid. The carpets, wall coverings and furniture are from the 1980's.I can rent a nicer unit right on the beach in Mexico, nicer beach, better weather, for much less. Food is very expensive, as are your restaurants. |
