First Non-Perfect Visit A guest from Los Gatos, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 9 days in May, 2013 After many visits here, this time had some glitches. The cable did not work for several days and the office had us (guests) calling the cable company. The units were being painted on the outside and we lost the use of the patio for an entire day. Better advance notice would have made that a non-issue. The office did adjust our rate for the trouble, very appreciated. There are several problems with the locals out on the ocean wall in the evenings, that made for some uneasiness regarding security. But the property is lovely and we will return again. I would recommend against an ocean-front unit due to the local commotion. I hope that can be resolved soon. |

But once in a while, the hotel or condo truly exceeds my already high expectations. Poipu Kapili was such a place. The condo was beautifully decorated and recently updated, the view was even better than in the incredible pictures, the grounds were gorgeous and the staff unfailingly helpful. The location couldn't be beat and the condo was stocked with everything we could possibly have needed. Love, love, love! |

We stayed this trip at the Grand Hyatt and the Lihue Marriott, both very nice but you don't UNWIND until you hit Poipu Kapili. It is home. Staff is great and the views from the property are fabulous.
