Located between the beautiful towns of Franklin and Dillsboro, Mountain Landing offersa remote wooded setting, yet is still convenient to all the area attractions, shopping, and restaurants. The upper level has 2 twns and a private bath. On the main level are 2 bedrooms and a shared bath. The laundry is conveniently located just outside the bedrooms. Downstairs is another bedroom and full bath with a jacuzzi tub but no shower. The living room is comfortable furnished and features a wood burning fireplace and mountain views-an ideal spot for relaxing. The lower level offers a den with satellite tv, dvd and play station 2 and a ping pong table. Enjoy the outdoors on the wrap around deck that has a picnic table and chairs. There is a screened in porch just off the kitchen.

Entrance is off Hwy 441 onto paved single lane roads which turns into a short gravel drive. It is motorcycle accessible for experienced drivers. Would be inaccessible during snow.
