You have an exclusively furnished, bright living room with a white residential area and a spacious dining table. From here you have direct access to the roof terrace with deck chairs and a stunning panoramic view of the Zugspitze and Alpspitze. Also located on this floor, the elegant, with all household kitchen bones. Dishwasher, oven and microwave are naturally present. Stylish tableware (Villeroy & Boch), glasses and cutlery are abundantly available. Even the office with computer desk and Internet access (WLAN) and a guest toilet are located here. The 1st floor features 3 individually designed bedrooms, two of them have a comfortable double bed and direct access to west facing balcony. The third bedroom offers two single beds. All rooms are equipped with automatic dimming. One bedroom has a second flat. A special event is safe natural pool with its many features, a bathroom with shower and double sink, and a second guest bathroom. Both floors are connected by a broad inner staircase. The whole apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. Elevator from the garage to the apartment. We are happy for our younger guests, a cot and high chair available. In one of the best locations of Grainau, a municipality close to Garmisch-Partenkirchen, these apartments are not only extremely attractive, but also enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the Alps, especially the Zugspitze and Wank peaks. The four new apartments are individually decorated in country style and have been granted 4 stars by the DTV. The nonsmoking apartments meet all expectations of comfort and convenience.

The surroundings offer immediate access to trails for walking, hiking, and biking, as well as cross-country skiing paths during winter. Downtown facilities include spa services, an adventure playground, a skating rink, and mini-golf, all just a few minutes away. There is also the Höllental Gorge.

Directions
By car from Munich through the Garmisch-Partenkirchen highway and from Augsburg through Schongau on the B17, and follow signs to Oberammergau and Garmisch-Partenkirchen on the B23 and A7 highways and continue on Ulm-Kempten and Reutte in Tirol Ehrwald. From the south you reach the alpine village on the Brenner-Innsbruck-Mittenwald highway.

By train, get off at the Garmisch-Partenkirchen main station. Take the Bavarian Zugspitze Railway connection or the Eibsee bus to Grainau. By plane, land at the Munich International Airport and then continue by train or car to Garmisch-Partenkirchen.
