We have two very high quality apartments in Linz am Rhein equipped with lots of comfort. Our vacation home is a nice place to relax. It is in a quiet location but only 10 minutes to Linz am Rhein. LLinz is directly accessible by train via Cologne and Koblenz., key advantages: high quaility, comfortable, relaxing, 1 living/family room, , fully equipped kitchen, upgraded interiors, clean, well furnished, very comfortable, makes you feel at home, bright and inviting, The unit is conveniently located directly in the center and downtown area of Linz am Rhein, Walking distance into downtown Linz am Rhein is only 5 minutes, Equipment:
     * General: The apartment with two rooms is located on the top floor and has a perfect location (balcony facing to the south-west). The apartment is a pure non-smoking apartment.
     * The entrance: hall with a practical storage space and seating area greets you
     * The living room and kitchen: a modern kitchen with all amenities (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, stainless steel cooker hood and hob with cooker), coffee filter for coffee, a Senseo coffee maker, an egg cooker, kettle and a toaster. Everyday necessities like salt, pepper, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets for and filter bags are standard equipment. The cozy dining room table has two chairs.
     * The living area has high quality brown leather-upholstered furniture with perfect seating comfort. Included are a stereo music system, MP3 support and DVD player. A swivelling 80 cm flat-screen TV provides is provided for your viewing pleasure.
     * The bedroom: The bedroom has a 160cm wide double bed with mattresses. From the bed you have an excellent view of the large screen TV. The large windows offer a great view of the area. The small walk-in wardrobe, two bedside tables and a large chest of drawers provide ample space for clothes.
     * The bathroom: the spacious and newly remodeled bathroom with walk-in shower and a large vanity offers plenty of storage space. A hairdryer is also available to you.
     * The covered balcony: Two high-back chairs made ??of hard wood with cushions and a small dining table to give you the opportunity to enjoy your meals outdoors. An electric grill makes for a fun evening barbecue. The balcony faces west and south-west.
     * Linen package is included in the rent, which consists of bed linen and a towel and a towel per person.
