The apartment is on ground floor, a 3-family house in a very quiet residential street (dead end), ideal for children. It has a large, partially covered terrace with barbecue and garden furniture, but no lawn area. Directly in front of the apartment is a car-parking space provided. The apartment has also a hallway / cloakroom.

Our homes are located in a quiet, sunny eminence (420m) in Idar-Oberstein district Regulshausen. The house in the Regulshausener Strasse 35 also houses the cosmetics and wellness studio Fonte della Vita. The park-like grounds with a pond in southern charm, big lawn and a covered patio invites you to rest and relax. The city center with its many attractions is just a few kilometers away.

Immediately from the house you may take leisurely strolls, hiking and Nordic walking, cycling and mountain biking tours. 15 to 30 minutes away are swimming pools, indoor pools with saunas, horse riding, tennis and golf courses, ski slopes and ski trails.

B41 to Idar-Oberstein from Bad Kreuznach: After passing through the Old Tunnel into town go straight on Nahe-Hochstrasse and turn left before the fourth traffic light turn right in direction B422 (district Idar, Bernkastel-Kues). Then go straight, after about 1.6 kilometers take the roundabout towards Regulshausen / Festplatz, at the next roundabout go straight ahead and take the first right after Regulshausen.

B41 to Idar-Oberstein, Birkenfeld: turn at the first traffic lights towards B422 (Bernkastel-Kues, Idar district). Then go straight on, after about 1.6 kilometers take the roundabout towards Regulshausen / Festplatz, at the next roundabout go straight ahead and take the first right after Regulshausen.
