The apartment is situated on the ground floor in a historic building (one of the most ancient in the area) and has been recently renovated and decorated: it is composed of an entrance area (hall) with some closets and going up to the first floor, there is a nice bedroom with nice finishing, whilst in the living room there is a sofa bed. Kitchen corner is well equipped with oven, fridge and the day area with a splendid terrace adorned with wonderful plants and a nice wooden and wrought iron table. The bathroom is with shower and has the washing machine. The apartment has an independent heating as well as air conditioning system. The apartment can accommodate 4 people.

Check in is between 2pm and 6pm. In case of later arrivals, guests will be charged as follows: 20 Euros for arrivals between 6pm and 8pm; 35 Euros for arrivals from 8pm to 10pm, and on Sundays or public holidays.
